I had it saved a favorite on your site couple of years ago, and now not sure which one it is, the link to your product dont work anymore. I am looking for a plug and play direct replacement for my old AC unit on my RV. The Model is a Duo Therm 57915.522C. Any idea if there is one on your site that will work? Ive never even tried to swap one, but it literally looks like 4 long bolts? It has no controls on the unit, there is a thermostat on the wall by the door. I can show it, along with plugs if needed. Hi Jr; the answer page you saved was written before everything was replaced with the new R32 refrigerant units for 2025 EPA compliance. Due to the changes that AC unit is no longer around. Also, we stopped recommending the plug and play replacement due to compatibility and warranty issues.
The R32 units are not backwards compatible so a complete replacement will be necessary. Sticking with the previous Advent Air recommendation you can choose from the following:
-Advent Air RV Air Conditioner System - Single Zone - 15,000 Btu - White - R32 # ADV92SR or # ADV62SR (Black)
-Advent Air RV Air Conditioner System - Single Zone - 13,500 Btu - White - R32 # ADV95SR or # ADV52SR (Black)
You can choose between the cooling capacity and color. Both have a single zone thermostat and come with the air distribution box and a start capacitor.
