Looking For Replacement Trailer Jack

Updated 07/09/2025 | Published 07/05/2025

Question:

My trailer jack broke and I’m trying to find a replacement and maybe a backup that mounts to the frame. I had to take my hitch apart to unhook it because the jack will no longer lift the trailer. My truck is lifted a bit. I have pictures to send, if you can make some recommendations. I’ll send photos when you respond.

Hey Jim, thanks for reaching out. We should have a good jack option for you. If you want to go ahead and email me those pictures I am happy to take a look. My email is [email protected]. Any other information you have on the jack will be helpful. Stuff like model number or weight capacity. Or if you can tell me the total weight of your trailer that will help too. Send that over to me when you get a chance.

@JimB Ok cool sounds like you got my email! Replacing those A-frame jacks is pretty straightforward since virtually all of them use a standard bolt pattern and hole size. Just make sure the dimensions for the jack leg as far as retracted and extended height match what you need and you can be sure it will work! Come back anytime you need anything. You know more than one way to find me now haha
