Hi Richard.

We can definitely help you with lifting your 2018 Jayco Hummingbird, but other than finding out it is a torsion axle, I was unable to find any identifying info about said axle. With that said, there are a few ways to figure out what you have.

First, (and the easiest) is to give Jayco a call and have them run your VIN. They should then be able to tell you exactly what you have.

Second would be to find the tag/sticker on the axle crossbeam and get the serial number off it (picture of it would be best). This works most of the time, but is a bit more difficult.

Lastly, you can also measure the distance from the center of one bolt to the center of the other bolt that are holding the axle to the frame. This is a little more work, but it is very accurate and we can definitely get it figured out with that measurement. As an example, if you check out the picture I have linked, the Dexter Torflex Lift Kit - Single Axle - 2-5/8" Lift # K71-707-01 you were looking at measures 8" from center to center.

If you can get me the info from one of these three options, I can absolutely get you squared away!

Laser, The axle is a Lippert torsion. The bolts are 9 inches center to center. Serial number: 045-004617570 LCI35H-DTBSA-89.5-59.25-ID-L-545-CAP 3500# I looked at all 3 single axle kits on your website and the bolt spacing was not a match. Thanks, Richard

@RichardH Dang, was hoping you weren't going to say it was a Lippert torsion axle. Lippert discontinued what you would need about 2 years ago. I did a little looking but was unable to find anyone that still had what you need. You may have better luck though. Try any local trailer supply stores near you and ask if they have or know how to get the Lippert Axle Riser Kit 270682. If you strike out there, you really only have two options. Replace the axle (which would involve getting one from a local trailer place that can get axles made to your specs, as we cannot, and having them install it as new holes will need to be drilled into your frame) or have a local fabricator make something that matches the bolt hole spacing and gives you the needed lift. I know neither of these options are what you were hoping for, but it the best I can do. If you have any further questions or anything, just let me know. Hopefully I can be more helpful than I was with this one.
