Hello Kay and Frank, thanks for reaching out. There is only one trailer hitch that fits the 2013 Mrecedes-Benz E-Class Wagon, and that is the Stealth Hitch # SH62SR. This comes with the rack receiver only, so if you intend to tow a trailer, you will also need the Towing Kit # 391CONVA7. This comes with the wiring harness and ball mount attachment.
