What Is The Best Brake Controller Option For My 2015 Toyota Sienna?

Question:
I was wondering if you have someone that can help me piece together brake controller wiring for my 2015 Toyota sienna. I have the curt wiring installed for lighting, but that has the flat 4 pin. I have an adapter from the 4 pin to the 7 pin, but need a brake controller added to this. Will the curt wireless work? Thank you.

Hey Nathan,
With you having the 4 to 7 way adapter the Curt Echo will work with this. That brake controller simply plugs into the 7 way and you control the brake control functions via the Curt Echo app on your smart phone.
My recommendation for a brake controller is the Tekonsa Prodigy P3 # 90195. This is the best quality brake controller out there and eliminates the need to open your phone any time you adjust settings or need to manually pull the brakes. Is has a manual override lever to pull in case of emergencies. It would require a splice in installation, but I have included a link to an install video we have on an older Sienna to show what the install entails.
What are you looking to tow with your Sienna?
