What is the difference between the RMK48VR and RMK46VR running boards? My vehicle is a 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Thanks!

Hey Mark,
The difference between the 2 mainly comes down to the design and material of the running boards. The RAL series, # RMK46VR, is going to be their premium offering. It is made out of high grade aircraft quality aluminum and features a lifetime warranty.
The REC series, # RMK48VR, is made from aluminum as well but not as high of grade as the RAL series. A composite top on the running board makes it a more cost friendly option and only features a 5 year warranty. Both are custom fit for your 2025 Grand Cherokee.
I recommend going with the heavier duty # RMK46VR, especially on a brand new vehicle like yours. Let me know what you think.
