Hello Hilda, thanks for reaching out. Our most similar option to the Dometic 110 is the following:

- Dometic 510 Full-Timer RV Toilet - Standard Height - Elongated Seat - White Ceramic # DOM29FR

This unit has an 11" distance from the center of the flange to the wall, so please make sure this fits. If you wish to add a hand sprayer you can use the Hand Sprayer Installation Kit for Dometic RV Toilets # DOM75FR.

I found the leak in the pedal mechanism. Can I just replace that?

@Hilda I am not seeing there is a replacement pedal mechanism available for the Dometic 110. Completely replacing the toilet is the best solution we can provide here.

I was able to go out to the warehouse and measure the Replacement Hand Sprayer for Dometic RV Toilets #DOM88FR. It has an outer diameter of .5" or 1/2" and an inner diameter of .35" or 11/32".
