Hello Glen,
This year the Air Conditioners went to a new refrigerant, they went from the R410a to the R32, looks like we sold out of the 9600003813 which had the R410a, so they will not be made anymore. You CANNOT use old R410a AC components with the new R32 refrigerant, so you will need a new system.
The only multi zone set-up we currently have does not have a heat pump, the Furrion Chill HE RV Air Conditioner System - Multi Zone - 15,000 Btu - LED - Black # FR84FJ. You could add a heat strip (this will only take the chill out of the air) # FR35SR.
Or if you wanted to use your furnace, check out the new Furrion Chill Cube RV Air Conditioner w Air Distribution Box - Ducted - 18,000 Btu - Black # FR39TD. This new AC unit is not only efficient but will cool you down faster, and the remote thermostat has a really neat follow me feature!
I attached some review videos for you to check out.
I am sorry we no longer have the unit you are looking for. We should have some Dometic AC's with heat pumps back on the site soon. What kind of camper is this going on?
