Looking for ladder rack or rail mount bike rack for 2017 ford super duty that would allow me to keep my trifold weather tech tonneau cover with minimal modification. Thank you

Hey Dave. The only ladder rack that is going to be capable of working with a tonneau cover and be mounted close enough to work with a bike rack is the Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack item # TH43002XT-000 for 8' beds or item # TH43002XT-501 for 6-1/2' beds.

These ladder racks mount to the stake pockets of your 2017 Ford F-150. So long as your WeatherTech tonneau cover leave those exposed these racks will work. The uprights slide up and down the length of your bed rails so you'll be able to open your cover and get the crossbars close enough to mount a bike rack.

What model and bed length is your Ford truck and what kind of bike do you have?

Hey Dave, did you have a chance to check if your WeatherTech tonneau cover leaves the stake pockets exposed on your Ford truck? I'm asking because I want to make sure we find the right solution for you.

They are exposed but your company wouldn’t confirm compatibility

@DaveS Ok, I was waiting to hear back from you. So long as your stake pockets are accessible the Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack item # TH43002XT-000 for 8' beds or item # TH43002XT-501 for 6-1/2' beds is going to be compatible. Take a look at the instructions I linked below. you can see how the rails attach. chrome-extension://efaidnbmnnnibpcajpcglclefindmkaj/https://www.thule.com/-/s/approved/std.lang.all/40/36/594036.pdf?rev=4.1

My bc concern is will the hard trifold clear the uprights due to the angle of the uprights?
