Question:

Can this tow bar still be stowed when using a different baseplate? Like a Roadmaster? I have a 2016 Jeep Wrangler and want to use this because it can be left on my Jeep once I get to camp sites.

Hi Sara!

The Blue Ox Acclaim Non-Binding Tow Bar # BX4330 can only be put in the stowed position when using a Blue Ox base plate, like the # BX1126 for your 2016 Jeep Wrangler (if you have the standard factory bumper). If you have any other base plate (etrailer, Roadmaster, Demco, or other), you will need to remove the towbar when not in use, unfortunately.
