Hello Ken, thanks for reaching out. Yes, the Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # C31088 will indeed fit the 2021 Chevy 1500 Trail Boss. We have confirmed this with the folks at Curt. It will be a no drill install, but you will have to do some trimming of he underbody panel/fascia/air dam.
