Hey Austen! The Gen-Y Hitch Shock Absorbing 5th Wheel to Gooseneck Pin Box # GY48FR does come with the spacer plates/shims. This is designed to replace Lippert 1116 and 1716 pin boxes on 5th wheels with a GVWR of 7,275 - 16,360 lbs. If you have any other questions feel free to reply below.
