Hello! Will this Curt universal kit work on an 1999 F350 dually truck? Will pins need to be ordered seperatly?

Hey Dreama, yes the Curt universal fifth wheel rail kit part # C16200 would work on your 1999 Ford F-350. It does not come with pins as that is normally something that comes with the fifth wheel hitch. Do you have a hitch already?
