The Curt Spectrum Brake Controller w/ Custom Harness item # C36QV comes with everything you need to install the brake controller in your 2024 GMC Sierra 1500. 100% plug and play. The harness plugs into the connector located under the dash just to the left of the steering column next to the e-brake pedal.
