How do you remove the cover for mounting

Hey Phil, you will actually remove the covers on the individual rocker switches of the part # 37213585 and behind them you will see the mounting holes you'll use to attach the assembly to your wall. On the backside of the assembly you will squeeze the middle portion or the covers to release them from the base so that they will come off.
