It sounds like you race your 2012 Mustang. Are you sure you want to add the additional 25 pounds? I know it isn't much weight but it could be the difference between a win and a loss!
This question has come up before and Draw-Tite hitch # 24863 will fit the 2012 Ford Mustang Boss 302. The recommended ball mount is # 3594. For a properly sized ball use # 19256 for a 1-7/8 inch or # 19258 for a 2 inch. And for trailer wiring use harness # 118487. I have linked the hitch and wiring instructions for you.
