Question:
I have a 2000 Tiffin Zephyr. I’m interested in buying an a/c unit to replace one of mine, but worried about compatibility with my original wiring. the model shows it’s a Duotherm 63035. Are you able to retrieve the facts on a coach this old? Thank you.

Hello Glenn, thanks for reaching out. Since your RV is so old, the best option will be to replace your rooftop unit, as well as your distribution box, controller and thermostat. What I recommend for that is the Furrion Chill HE RV Air Conditioner System # FR65PV. This comes with a 15K BTU AC unit, controller, distribution box and wall thermostat. Everything you need to replace/upgrade your AC system. This system will work with both ducted and ductless setups.
The videos I linked below will show you this AC system in more detail. Feel free to reach out with any other questions and I will get back to you.

Hey Glenn, how did the replacement go with the Furrion Chill HE system on your Tiffin Zephyr? It sounds like a solid upgrade from the old Duotherm setup. Your update could make it easier for others working with older RVs.
