I have a prodigy to break controller and everything seems to work well, but I have voltage on the white wire that’s supposed to go to the ground 11.3 - 11.6 fluctuating.

Hey Joe, that is an interesting problem to have...especially since the controller is still working but what it most likely indicates is that your don't have a good enough ground for the white wire so you should try improving that. I'd also check to make sure the ground wire isn't possibly shorting out to a nearby circuit.
