Hey Robert! The Rhino-Rack Heavy Duty Roof Rack # RR28DP will sit approximately 4-1/2" above the roof on your 2025 GMC Sierra 2500. This measurement would be to the top of the HD crossbars. If you need anything else let me know in the comments below.
