Hello James, thanks for reaching out. The product you are looking for does not exist. Hydraulic brakes are actuated by the tongue coupler. Electric brakes are operated by an electric trailer brake controller ran thru a 7-way plug on the back of your tow vehicle. There are no tongue actuated options for electric brakes.
If you can let me know the year, make and model of your tow vehicle, I can let you know what parts are needed to tow a trailer with electric brakes.
