Question:
I have a Yakima Offgrid roof rack. Two of the straps holding the rack to the Thule bars are frayed or someone tried to cut them off so I need to replace them. I did not see the part or the instructions to replace. I appreciate the help. Thank you in advance for your time.

Hey Sven! I'm sorry to hear that, is your vehicle ok? At least they didn't manage to remove and steal your roof basket. To replace the straps on your Yakima OffGrid # Y07138 you need the replacement brackets. You can choose from the following depending on the side:
-Replacement Crossbar Mounting Bracket for Yakima OffGrid Roof Cargo Basket - Passenger's Side # Y58KR
-Replacement Crossbar Mounting Bracket for Yakima OffGrid Roof Cargo Basket - Driver's Side # Y26KR
I went ahead and attached a picture below showing how to remove and reattach the brackets from the OffGrid instructions for your reference.

Thank you! My car was fine and the locks on the Offgrid probably prevented the theft of the rack. You clarified what Yakima did not and that is the need for driver side and passenger side brackets. I appreciate the help.
