I own a 2023 Tahoe and I am interested in a low profile flush rails. I came across the 2x Inno Aero Roof Rack for Flush Rails on your website. I need assistance with confirmation or maybe some specifics on how high it will sit above the roof. And which Inno rail would fit my need. I am planning to mount a roof rack cargo basket.

Hey Brian! I recommend the Inno Aero Roof Rack for Flush Rails # IN75ZV for your 2023 Chevy Tahoe. This rack gives you the most bar space and will let you mount accessories that require bar overhang should you need it in the future. The top of the crossbars will sit approximately 3-1/8" above the flush rails on your Tahoe.
Do you already have a roof basket? If not, you can use the Rhino-Rack Roof Mounted Steel Cargo Basket # RMCB. This fits crossbar spreads from 21" - 30". The spread on the Inno rack is 21-1/2" so it will work with this basket. You could also use the Inno # INXA569 or # INXA568. Other options require a larger crossbar spread so you're pretty limited.
