I am looking for a light to mount on the back of my trailer that blinks while traveling as a added safety feature.

It sounds like you're wanting a light that continuously blinks during travel. It's good to have clearance lights that mark out the size and shape of your trailer, but you definitely don't want a light that is constantly blinking, as that isn't legal for standard towing - it will look like a turn signal to other drivers.
What is it about safety that you're concerned about? Others being able to clearly see your trailer on the road?
