Could Curt Tow Bar # C19745 be Used to Transport Ford F-150

Question:
I know this will sound crazy but do you think this will work for a one time method to tow a 2003 Ford F-150 SuperCrew wght: 5,005 lbs with a 2003 Chevy Trailblazer LTZ, which is tow capacoty about 6000 lbs. Im rural and my truck needs repairs which Im unable to undertake safely with dirt ground an jack stands being my only option :- My thought was to install this on the f150 and tow it gently and slowly into the nearest town 25mi away to a shop to have it fixed. All of this to have the damn feul pump replaced but complicating factor is it having almost 20gallons of fuel in the tank. It needs to be put up on a lift to do it right without hurting anyone or breaking stuff. As you can see in the picture its aadding jack stands on blocks its seeming sketchy. The wheels dont need to come off tho so if you know of anything else that I should look into, ie: ramps etc.. any advice would be appreaciated. I try to refference yalls website often and have purchased a thing or two when i was able but always referrered others to go to you guys first for knowledge an parts. It sucks being broke, thanks in advance for your time. - Brian

Hey Brian, my favorite questions all start with "I know this will sound crazy" so you definitely go my attention haha. Do I think this Curt tow bar part # C19745 would work to get your Trailblazer into town without issue? Yes I think it is possible.
Now you asked if I had any ideas...did you mean to move the vehicle or to get it up into the air higher to work on it in the grass? It's maybe not possible but you might see if there are any mobile mechanics in your area?
