Availability of Equalizer/Hanger Kit with Slipper Equalizer # TREQ4541

Question:

we have a 24 snake river trailer and need to replace the tandem axle hangers. I see this Part Number: TREQ4541 and would like to know if theres a kit for both sides with the hardware. also need the nuts and bolts for the front and rear leaf springs due to every nut is welded from the MFG. can you help.
