Does Curt Universal Fifth Wheel Rail Kit Come with Everything Needed to Install

Question:
I have a 1978 Jeep j20 pickup with 8 ft bed. I also have a Curt E5 fifth wheel hitch. Will I need additional parts or spacers adapters Etc in order to install your Universal rails kits into this truck for the fifth will hitch I have?
