Can a RP26002 dual cam be used with a Reese Friction Sway Control?

Hello Phillip, thanks for reaching out. Yes, the Reese Dual Cam # RP26002 WD system can be used with a Reese Friction Sway Control # 83660. As long as the head of your WD hitch has the pre-welded tab for the sway control ball (pictured below), the friction sway control can be added.
I am kind of curious why you think you need to add the friction bar. Do you already have a WD hitch installed and are still having bad sway problems? If so there may be an underlying cause that is creating sway. Perhaps the suspension on your truck needs additional support, or your trailer has worn suspension components or something like that. If you want to give me more detail as to what is going on I may be able to shed more light on things or recommend a fix. Comment below and let me know.

Hey Phillip, how did things go using the Dual Cam with the Friction Sway Control on your setup? Did adding the friction bar help cut down the sway you were seeing? Your update could make it easier for the next person dealing with the same issue.
