Hey Russ! I do have a roof rack for you but the crossbars are not going to be tear shaped. Due to the roof design of your 2020 Tesla Model Y the only roof rack option I have for you is the SeaSucker Monkey Bars Roof Rack item # 298-SX6000B.
The SeaSucker Roof Rack item # 298-SX6000B comes with 48" long round bars with a 150 lbs capacity. They attach to your Tesla's roof with heavy duty suction cups like the ones you see glass glazers use to install large panes of glass.
The aluminum round bars are compatible or adaptable for many accessories on the market today. If you could tell me what you're needing the roof rack for. I'll be happy to confirm it's compatible with these round bars. Feel free to email me directly or comment below.
I have linked a review video below so you can see the features of these roof rack demonstrated.

Thanks for the info. I'm using the rack for a 45lb. 14' canoe. But I plan to support the back with a hitch mounted T-bar, so I'm only going to use the front roof bar. I'm concerned about 3 issues. 1. the probable wind noise 2. the possibility of cracking that $2000 glass roof 3. and now, will he suction cup rip off when I pass a semi going 70mph on a narrow 2 lane road.
