When I order the tire and rim are they delivered assembled and balanced ?

Hey Marcus, when you order the Westlake ST225/75R15 Radial Tire w/ 15" Margay Aluminum Wheel # WST26FR that you referenced it will have the tire mounted on the wheel and be ready to go. It is not balanced as generally people don't balance trailer tires. The weights usually end up falling off and typically there isn't much of a difference that's noted.
Now with that said we do have balance beads like the part # CA66VR that you can use to balance the tire internally. If it was me I probably wouldn't mess with the beads or balancing but if you are going to put a lot of miles on the tires/wheels you could see some improvement in tire wear and it would be worth it at that point.
