How Do I Know Which Gen-Y Gooseneck Pin Box Is Right For Me?

I have a 2020 Ram 3500 with OEM gooseneck. Worried this is not the right hitch for my short bed 6.4? Do you have other recommendationS?

Hello Chris, thanks for reaching out. I see that you were looking at the Gen-Y Hitch Shock Absorbing 5th Wheel to Gooseneck Pin Box # GY66FR. This goosebox will be compatible with the OEM gooseneck ball in your 2020 Ram 3500 short bed, we will just need to make sure it is the correct pin box model for your camper. The # GY66FR replaces the Lippert 1621 and 1621HD pin boxes. If you can tell me what model pin box is currently on your camper, as well as the GVWR of your camper I can confirm which model will work for you.

@Chris And you are looking to replace the pin box with a gooseneck pin box, correct? Just want to make sure I am on the same page as you. If so, we cannot pinpoint which one you will need based on the info provided. Even if I had the VIN there is no way to look up the pin box type. There should be a sticker on your pin box that has the model number and serial number on it. If you can send me that info I can confirm what size/bolt pattern you need.
