For your 2006 Nissan Altima for the hitch you want the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class I - 1-1/4" # C11264. For the wiring Hopkins Plug-In Simple Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # HM11143675, don't forget to grab a # 18144 for a clean looking install. For a ball mount you will the Curt Towing Starter Kit for 1-1/4" Hitches - 2" Ball - 3/4" Rise - 3,500 lbs # C45147, great thing about this ball mount is that it comes with a hitch pin and clip.
If what you are towing has a different connector than the 4 flat, please let me know and I will get you the right adapter.
