How Well Will etrailer Floor Mats Hold Up Over Time

Updated 12/15/2025 | Published 11/16/2024

Question:

I have a set of cheaper mats for my Jeep and about a year in the sides started really curling up and sometimes gets to the point of partially blocking the pedal. In the market for a new set and see your brand - I know you might not have a good answer for this, but is this something I can expect with yours too?

Good question, Chad. I honestly haven't had a chance to test the etrailer Floor Mats # e98PR for long term use, but I DID talk to somebody who has had them in their vehicle for about a year and a half now. I asked him about their current condition and he had absolutely no complaints. The rigid (but flexible) material hasn't curled up like you mentioned your other mats doing and other than looking a little dirtier, they're pretty much in the same condition as they were out of the box.

And while I haven't used them long term, I have played with them a few times and they definitely have the feel of a quality mat that will last a while.

Just let me know if you have any questions about these. We have quite a few people in-house who are happy to share their real world experience with the floor mats.

Hey Chad, how did those etrailer floor mats end up working in your Jeep? It’d be great to hear if they’ve stayed flat over time. Your update could make it easier for others choosing between different mat options.
