Troubleshooting Blue Light Flashing on Everchill Fridge in 2024 Jayco Jay Feather

Question:

I have a 2024 jayco yayfeather and it has a everchill refrigerator in it. the light doesnt come on when you open the door. its not cooling and the blue light is blinking all the way to the right.

Hi Sean; the blinking light is probably from the temperature. If the fridge does not reach the right temperature after a certain amount of time you will see the light flashing. Since the regular light doesn't come on and it is not cooling I'm assuming it isn't getting the power it needs to run. Since the blue light is flashing I'm guessing you're getting some kind of power just not quite enough.

Test for power to the fridge and see if you have 12V running into it. If not, you probably have a loose wire or short. You can also check for power on your power center and make sure a fuse isn't blown. If you're getting some power but not full 12V you will have to trace it back until you find the problem. It could also be a bad ground. If you do have power it is probably a problem with the fridge and I would contact the dealer since it should be under warranty.
