Hello, I would like to know if it is possible to get this latch with the red handle cover.

I am sorry but the Paneloc Slam Latch - 2-7/8" Long x 2" Wide - Stainless Steel # F709-204P is the only slam latch we have those dimensions. The closest one we have to those dimensions in red is the Paneloc Slam Latch - 2" Long x 1-5/8" Wide - Stainless Steel # F708-204P.
