Question:

I have lost the key to my Colbert caller lock. The lock measures 4 1/4 inch long., would this lock fit my Colbert Eaz-Lift system?

Hey Brent! It totally depends on what Eaz-Lift System you have. Colbert now Camco chose to name multiple weight distribution systems and gooseneck adapters/couplers Eaz-Lift. So you'll need to take a measurement to see what diameter your current pin is.

The InfiniteRule Hitch Lock for Gen-Y Gooseneck Coupler w/ 4" Round Tube item # 34065041 has a pin diameter of 3/4" so it's not going to work with the Eaz-Lift weight distribution systems. You would want something like our etrailer item # e98881 which has the standard 5/8" diameter.

If you have the Eaz-Lift Gooseneck Adapter you'll definitely need to measure your pin. I do not have any technical information on what size locking pin those use.

Hey Brent, did you get a chance to measure the pin on your Eaz-Lift system to see which lock size fits? Once you have that measurement, it’ll be easier to confirm whether the etrailer lock works for your setup. Let me know what you find—I’m here if you need a hand narrowing it down.
