Hey Mike, for your 2010 Excel Peterson 30 RSO I recommend going with the SumoSprings Trailer Helper Springs w/ Line Relocation Bracket # SS33HR.
These springs are designed for axles with a weight of 5,000 to 8,000 lbs (so you'll need two sets for a tandem axle), is made in the USA, and will increase your stability while providing great performance.
