will this kit work with a curt E16 hitch with the R16 roller. I was given a hitch but need the rails and mounts to work in my 2011 ram 1500 5.7 hemi quad cab with the 6.4 bed.

Yep, it sure will; the correct 5th wheel base rails and bracket kit for your 2011 Ram 1500 with 6-1/2' bed is indeed the Curt option you asked about:
- Curt Semi-Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit for Dodge Ram 1500 # C16306-104
This will also work with your E16 hitch, and the only other thing you will need - if you don't have one - is a 5th wheel wiring harness, the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness # C56000.
