I am looking for a set of crossbars. I just got a 2025 Chevrolet Tahoe and I need to add a roof rack to it. What is the best option?

The best roof rack for this set up is the Yakima SightLine Roof Rack for Flush Rails - JetStream Crossbars - item # Y89KB. These aero-style crossbars have a 220 lbs capacity and work with most accessories like bike racks and cargo carriers. This would also be a great set up for kayak carriers or ski's and snowboards.
I recommend adding the Yakima Same Key System item # Y07204 to prevent theft. A great perk of Yakima's products is you can buy larger lock core kits 6 item # Y07206 or 8 item # Y07208 and have the roof rack and other Yakima accessories all controlled by the same key.
