Question:
I have a HOLLYWOOD bike carrier4 bikes. It uses a the 1 1/4inch receiver. The only number on the carrier is 800-747-4085 number on receipt is 412040. It was purchased 25 or so years ago. I am wondering if this is the 2inch adapter for this carrier. Replacement 2inch Shank Assembly for Hollywood Racks Road Runner and Traveler Bike Racks Part Number: HRRTD2

Jeff, I wasn't able to find anything relating to those part numbers, so I am not able to 100 percent confirm, but if the rack is 25-ish years old there's a good chance the Replacement 2" Shank Assembly for Hollywood Racks Road Runner and Traveler Bike Racks # HRRTD2 isn't going to work.
I'd recommend either using a reducer # e63YR which changes your 2" hitch to a 1 1/4" hitch or upgrading your bike rack to a newer 4 bike rack like the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE Bike Rack for 4 Bikes # HR1400Z.

Hey Jeff, did you end up trying the reducer or going with the newer Sport Rider SE rack for your setup? Knowing what worked with your older Hollywood carrier could help others with the same model.
