Hey Robert,
With the Rapid Podium feet being phased out and replaced with the Evo Clamp feet there unfortunately isn't a fit kit for your current feet and you'd need to switch over to the newer model. For a 2019-2024 Mazda 3 5-door you would need the Thule WingBar Evo Roof Rack for Fixed Mounting Points # TH75YG. This includes the following components:
Evo Fixpoint Feet for Thule Evo Crossbars - Qty 4 # TH49SC
Fit Kit for Thule Evo Fixpoint and Edge Fixpoint Roof Rack Feet - 7143 # TH84CE
Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars - Aluminum - Silver - 50" Long - Qty 2 # TH711300
This fit kit would attach to fixed mounting points on your roof.
