Hello Larry, thanks for reaching out. Yes, the Thule OutWay 2 # TH45JV will indeed fit your 2013 Hyundai Sonata 4 door. The top clips will need to be placed on the front edge of the top of the trunk. The lower clips will go in the bottom edge of the trunk. Overall it will be a pretty standard fit as far as trunk racks go. The Thule is a very solid option so that is definitely what I recommend.
