Can Main Bracket of Fulton XLT Winch be Replaced

Trying to find part 18 on the Fulton XLT diagram. Need the bracket. Any help is appreciated

If you're referring to the part 18 in the included diagram, then I'm afraid that part isn't replaceable and you'll need to replace the entire winch with something like the Fulton XLT 2-Speed Trailer Winch # F142418.
