Hello Alejandra; looking at the specs on the Cannondale site it lists a 12x100 thru-axle fork for the Topstone 4. Assuming that is correct, you need the Phat 12 Fat Bike Adapter for Kuat Trio - 12 mm x 100 mm Thru-Axle Skewers # TRFA12X100. This adapter will allow you to mount your bike on the Kuat Trio # TR02.
