will the MX base 495-3A work on my 2011 f150 5.0 eng it is not listed in your add? Also i have a sterling tow bar system is it compatible with this base.

Yes, the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # 495-3A fits a 2011 Ford F-150 with a 5.0l engine. It will fit the XL, XLT, Lariat, King Ranch, Sport & STX models of '11 F-150.
And I can also verify for you that your Roadmaster Sterling Tow Bar # RM-576 is indeed compatible with these base plates.
