Not sure what model fridge you have but I can try to help you troubleshoot. I saw you were looking at the Everchill item # 324-000119 so we'll go off of that one. This fridge has an auto-defrost system that cannot be turned on or off. What you can do is completely disconnect it from all power and try to reset it. You'll want to disconnect the power running to the fridge and leave it sitting for a few minutes before powering it back up.

if that doesn't solve the problem then it sounds like an internal issue with the control board and/or thermostat that would require a replacement. This is something that you'll have to go through Everchill directly for.
