Hey Bruce, thanks for reaching out. It sounds like your 2023 Ford E450 Super Duty already has the factory tow package with the OEM brake control connector. @JesseM I have a 2024 E450 cutaway with a 7 pin plug on the rear bumper from the factory. How can I tell if it is wired to the cab for a trailer brake controller? It did not come with one installed. Thanks Mike

@Mike The best way to truly know if you have the full tow package would be to have a dealership check the VIN but if you have the factory 7-way generally the factory brake control port will be there too. It would look like a grey 14-pin connector like in the picture above. The factory plug is typically located behind the dash behind the coin tray. Take a look at this video. If you fast forward to about the 16:30 mark you can see Ryan remove the coin tray and find the plug.
