can the wheels on the yakima easyrider be submersed? I have found that they cant be on my rack and roll as the bearings will go out quickly.

Yes, they can! The Yakima EasyRider Double Decker Trailer item # Y08129 has been designed to be submerged. The bearings are sealed so you won't have to worry about swapping them out.

The Yakima Rack and Roll Trailer item # Y08107 didn't have sealed bearings which is why you weren't supposed to take it into the water. Yakima updated that feature on the EasyRider item # Y08129.

Hey, how has the Yakima EasyRider trailer worked out when you’ve submerged it? It’d be great to hear if the sealed bearings have held up as expected. Your update could make it easier for others comparing it to the Rack and Roll trailer.

Yes you can, there's no reason you couldn't back the Yakima Rack and Roll trailers like the part #Y08106 into water at a boat ramp.
