Hey Gerald, you could use the 6-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 6,000-lb Trailer Axles # e94SR to replace your current springs but since you mention they are flat I'd recommend remeasuring the springs when they are unloaded.
Whenever you go to replace your leaf springs in the future, you're going to want to make sure you measure them unloaded - that way you can be sure they'll fit.
If that measurement is correct, then you'll just want the CE Smith U-Bolt Kit for Mounting 5.2K to 7K, Round Trailer Axles # CE23003 and you'll be all set.

Hey Gerald, how did things go after you remeasured the leaf springs on your Montana High Country? Did the 6-leaf springs and U-bolt kit end up fitting the way you needed? Your update could make it easier for others working with similar Dexter axles.
