Hello I have a Model 4834100 Brakerite actuator and require the SD controller or equivalent. thank you for your help with this matter.

Hey Joseph, thanks for reaching out!

To replace your Titan BrakeRite II Systems Actuator T4834100 you'll need the Dexter BrakeRite II Electric Over Hydraulic Actuator Kit # T4813102. The wiring is different which is why it requires the whole kit instead of just being a plug and play option.

Hey Francis, you can email me back the picture of your actuator and I can verify what you have and if the Dexter #DX82KR will be exact replacement. If what you have says BrakeRite on it and you have disc brakes this will for sure be what you need.

You can use DOT III brake fluid in the Titan BrakeRite electric over hydraulic brake actuators such as #T4813102. Some of the newer fluids cannot be used because the seals in the actuators will start to break down. And you don't want that!
