Are you looking for something like the Malone WideTrakAT # MPG521 or # MPG521-S that helps you transport a kayak/canoe to the water? I've never heard of a trailer being small enough to fit in the back of an SUV (even folded) so if you're looking for something that will transport a larger boat, then you'll need something like the Yakima Rack and Roll Trailer # Y08107 with the HD Shock Kit # Y08110 which enables it to hold up to 350 lbs.
If you can help me have a better perspective on what boat you're trying to transport as well as why you're needing the trailer to fit in the back of your SUV I can see if we have an alternative solution that will work better.
